Special GBM of DCBA ON 18th May
On 1st May 2008, the Executive Committee of DCBA has decided to hold a Special GBM of District Court Bar Association, Dwarka on Sunday, the 18th May 2008 at 11:00 AM at the registered office i.e. Rajasthan Cooperative Group Housing Societies Limited, Plot No-36, Sector-04, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078. According to Advocate P.S.SINGH-(Hony. Secretary). The Agenda of meeting are as follows:-
1)To read, put to vote and confirm the minutes of the last AGBM held on 01/03/2008 at District
Court Complex Dwarka.
2)To put to vote and if approved, pass the amendments in the rules / bye-laws of DCBA Dwarka
as proposed and recommended by the Executive Committee and introduced in the AGBM
dated 1.3.2008 held at Dwarka Court Complex .
3)To appoint Auditors for the ensuing year .
4)To pass resolutions for operating Bank Account.
5)To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
