About GOONJ : GOONJ is making clothing a matter of concern as a basic need of the poor. Started ten years ago with 67 clothes, today GOONJ channelises over 20,000 kgs of material every month to 21 states of India. This year the demand for woolens has increased manyfold given GOONJ’s work in Bihar & Orissa’s flood hit regions.
Please contribute: Wearable old/new woolens, blankets, shawls, clothes (all age groups), bed sheets, curtains, utensils, footwear, medicines, old magazines & newspapers and school material like uniform, stationery etc.
Also monetary donations: to take care of sorting, packing, transportation & distribution.
