Blind Persons Association with Society for Creatives(Regd.) celebrated 200th
Birth Anniversary of Louis Braille on Sunday,the 4th January,2009 at Dwarka Health Club, Sector-7, Dwarka, Delhi. The inaugural lamp lit by
Mrs.Suman Krishan Kant(
wife of Late Sh.Krishan Kant-former Vice President of India).
“Our government should sufficient steps to make Blind self dependent.” Said Mrs. Krishan Kant while addressing to the gathering.
According to
Mr.Anil Verma-President Blind Persons Association, Dwarka, Kavi Sammelan, mucisal competition were organised.
Dr. Kirti Kale famous poetess adjudged
Mr.Chandershewar Kushwaha for first rank,
Vikram Rasik-second and
Mrs.Suman Sharma third place. In Musical competition
Shipra grabbed first,
Rajiv Ranjan second and
Devesh placed third by
Mr.Nagpal-Sr.Music Teacher.
