Blind Persons Association, Dwarka is celebrating The 201st Birth Anniversary of Louis Braille on Sunday, the 3rd January, 2010 at Dwarka Health Club, Sector-7, Dwarka, Delhi. The celebration will start from 10.30 A.M. onwards. Different programme like Kavi Sammelan, Cultural programme - vandana, welcome song, gazals will be the main attraction of the celebration. Sh. Joginder Singh (former Director-C.B.I.) will be the Chief Guest of the occasion.
