If you do not get reply of your letter from the DDA for one year, you should not sulk. Reason, DDA also gives reply to the Presidents Secretariat after over an year. Shri KC Jayarajan, Addl. Comptroller, President’ Sectt., Public II-Section, Rashtrapati Bhavan sent a letter to DDA on 21.8.2009 asking about the inclusions of name of one applicant’s named Amit in the DDA Housing Scheme, 2008. The applicant has lodged his complaint on the President’s Public Grievance portal last year.
Shri S K Jain, Director (H), DDA has sent reply to this letter through his letter No. F-3(Misc).09/ RTI/ LIG(H) on 26th August this year, exactly after one year and one week, with a copy to the Applicant. The number of letter shows that the letter from the President of India has been treated as Miscellaneous.
