ONE Care Taker / Manager
Having supervisory knowledge to look after and manage day- to- day affairs of the Society residents like maintenance of society equipments, Society Flats, Electrical and Plumbing complaints, Maintenance of R. O. Plant, Generator Sets, Water Booster Pumps, 11 KVA Transformers, Electric Panels, and Monitoring on Electrician, Plumber, Gardener, and Security Guards etc.
Qualification:-
Educational:- A Graduate in any discipline preferably Science, with knowledge of computer typing, e-mail, Tally, better communication power and skills of Drafting letter to various civic agencies.
Professional Qualification:-Retired employee from Army EME core, Or Diploma holder in Elec./Civil/Mech. Engg. with adequate experience in a supervisory capacity in any Central State Govt./ Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/ Companies/ ex-Service men, within an age group of 30 to 50 years.
ONE Electrician
Professional Qualification:- Diploma holder in Electrical/ ITI Electrical with adequate experience as electrician, knowledge of R. O. Plant, Generator Sets, Water Booster Pumps, 11 KVA Transformers, Electric Panels etc. either in any Society/Central State Govt./ Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/ Companies, within an age group of 25 to 35 years.
ONE Plumber
Professional Qualification:- adequate experience in Plumbing in flats, knowledge of seepage control in flats, water proofing in toilets, water connection and supply from Underground tanks to Overhead tanks, knowledge of Fire control/ Fire Hydrants etc. within an age group of 25 to 35 years.
