FICCI IPR Division has started an Online Certificate Course on Intellectual Property. The course is of 3 months duration. The Course offers a wide exposure to the IP areas i.e. Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, Designs etc. covering the aspects like overview, prosecution, enforcement, appeals, remedies, best strategies and practices, case studies, Intellectual Property as a collateral, International conventions/treaties/agreements on concerned Intellectual Property etc.
The course would be beneficial for people who wish to have understanding about the procedures and processes for protection of Intellectual Property which includes innovations/inventions/artistic works.
The Course has interactive features like FORUM, Weekly updates on IPR to registrants and One Day interactive Session with IP Experts to address doubts/issues of participants. The students could raise queries online through FORUM and the expert, at the back end, would be replying to the queries within 24-48 hours.
