Everyone craves for some time to relax and just be themselves, away from their daily chores and the hustle bustle of urban life. Actors too are no exception. Our favorite actors from daily soaps and serials are busy in their rigorous shoots. Tired of being under the high powered lights, with heavy make-up and jewellery and various costume changes, the entire lead cast of Sahara One’s prime-time shows decided to break free and go on a day long excursion out of the city limits. Monsoon never felt never so beautiful as all the actors escaped on a monsoon getaway to Hotel Radisson Blu Spa and Resort at Alibaugh. Here’s a peek at all the fun they had!
Seen loitering around the spacious lawns of the hotel by herself, resting her tired mind and body was Sanjeeda Shiekh, ‘Sejal’ of Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage. Her co-stars Reshmi Ghosh(Urmila) and Giriraj Kabra(Bittu) were enjoying hot coffee and cookies at the coffee shop. While Angana aka Shriya Jha of Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga and Aparna Tarakad, who portrays Maa Anjana in Jai Jai Jai Bajrangbali decided to unwind over a game of badminton. At the other side of the sprawling hotel property, Niyati’s Jayshree Soni and Tuzh Sang Preet Lagayee Sajhna’s Nirali were in the swimming pool enjoying water sports. They were joined by none other than Raj Bhanushali, the cute Bal Bajrangbali of the show Jai Jai Jai Bajrangbali. Little Raj kept the ladies entertained with his antics in the pool. At a nearby restaurant was Parakh Madan, ‘Natasha’ of Niyati enjoying some soothing live music by a pianist. After sometime sampling the hotel’s offerings the ladies got together and submitted to being pampered with a full body massage and spa treatment.
If was not only the leading girls of Sahara One’s shows who let their hair down, the men too had their share. Men being men decided to burn some extra calories with a quick session at the gym. Amber (Sachin Shroff), Aakash (Pankaj Tiwari), Deven (Anas Khan) and Bittu (Giriraj Kabra) were seen complaining about how difficult it is to get time off to hit the gym due to hectic shoot schedules. Little Bajrangbali, Raj of Jai Jai Jai Bajrangbali too joined the big boys at the gym and was overheard telling everyone how, as Bajrang Bali, he is the original body builder! Post their rigorous workout the men enjoyed a scrumptious lunch. Later all the men decided to have a go at some sports. Donning track pants and vests, they competed with each other in a game of football. After sweating it out they relaxed by the pool.
The evening concluded with both the female and male protagonists at Razzmatazz where they let their hair down by shaking their legs to the best of Bollywood songs. Aakash and Angana were at their romantic best when they grooved with each other. Giving them tough completion were Amber and Niyati, who later joined in for a romantic dance. However setting the dance floor ablaze was Natasha(Parakh Madan) and Bal Hanuman (Raj Bhanushali). The little master lip-synced all the songs and danced to them too!
