Subject: Thanks for establish zero tolerance in Dwarka Sub-City.
Sir,
It was a historical movement yesterday when Sh. Samaya Singhji, ACP (SW) requested all market associations to remove all encroachment in Dwarka Sub-city till Bhai dooj. He warned all to take legal action in case of violation of direction. He said that even sweet shops should not extend their shops during Diwali festival. This was a great move but this should be enforced forever not for temporarily. Nobody allow doing encroachment in market place. This is not the question of Dwarka but all the market in Delhi.
I hope encroachment will not be allowed in entire Delhi. We should not forget Sarojini Nagar incidence. This is the duty of Government or Police to enforce rule of law. I appreciate a Shingham prize for Police personnel doing better work. I hope entire police force act like Shingham and try to establish rule of law. If Police starts enforcing rules the entire scenario will change in Delhi. So nobody will allow even a single inch of encroachment even after Festive season of Diwali. If the Political leader objects this move for political benefit, action will be initiated against him and he/she has to produce an affidavit in which he/she will be taken all responsibility for any incidence or loss of life and property.
