September 23 to 27, 2015 at Artizen Art Gallery, Pearey Lal Bhawan, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, Near Metro Station ITO Gate No. 4, New Delhi. In this event art work of 16 handicap artists from different states of India shall be display.
