Media book Authored by S.S.Dogra released in Uttrakhand Education Summit-2017


Dehradun: Ray Foundation-NGO in association with Live Today TV Channel organised an International level Education Summit & Award ceremony in Hotel Solitaire. The said summit was inaugurated by Arvind Pandey-Education Minister of Uttrakhand, H.E. Abdul Hamid- High Commissioner of Malaysia, S.Hanumanth Rao- Executive Editor-Live Today, Kaushal Kumar-Chairman -Ray Foundation along with with top Indian & Malaysian Educationists.

In the inaugural address Mr. Pandey appreciated the efforts of the organizers and hoped that this summit would bring new milestones in the field of education soon. In the second session, the grand award ceremony was also held in which many educationists from more than fifty schools were felicitated by Satpal Maharaj-Tourism Minister of Uttrakhand for the excellent contribution in the academic arena. In this Education Summit, the book titled “MEDIA CAN DO WONDERS IN STUDENTS LIFE” authored by S.S.Dogra-(Delhi based Senior Journalist, Author & Filmmaker) was also released by Hon’ble Tourism Minister Satpal Maharaj along with , H.E. Abdul Hamid- High Commissioner of Malaysia & NC Puvan-Founder Indian Enterpreneur Chamber of Malaysia , Manvi Gupta-Founder Tem Member, Head Counsellor-Parwarish. A short film "LIBRARY" (written & directed by S.S.Dogra) produced by Sure Shot was also screened during the summit. 

In the concluding session, International Para athlete Harish Chaudhary who is also Indian WheelChair Cricket team (Manager), Manoj Sarkar, Anuj Singh, Kasim Ali, Ashish Negi, Sharad Joshi, Chirag Baretha, Nirmala Mehta, Uma Joshi, Prema, Prashant Mehta & Sandeep Arora-President Deaf & Dumb Association Uttrakhand were also specially honored with trophies. The whole Education summit was well anchored by Nilanjana Bannerjee.
